Account & Registration

Registering a 2cuci account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your full name, username, Malaysian phone number, email address and password. Verify your account via the OTP sent to your phone number and your account will be activated immediately. Only Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above are permitted to register.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) 2cuci account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of 2cuci's Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings. If you have any issues with your existing account, contact 2cuci support.

To change your password: log in to your account and go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. To reset a forgotten password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Log In and follow the instructions via email or SMS OTP to your registered Malaysian phone number.

Yes, you can update your phone number or email address under the Account Settings > Personal Information. For phone number changes, additional verification is required via OTP to your old phone number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact 2cuci support with your identification document for manual verification.

To permanently close your 2cuci account, contact our customer support team via live chat and state your request. Ensure all available RM balances have been withdrawn before submitting the request. Any unclaimed balance remaining for 90 days after account closure will be marked as inactive in accordance with 2cuci's policy.

The minimum age to register and use the 2cuci platform is 18 years old. 2cuci enforces strict age verification during the registration process. If age verification fails or there are indications that a user is underage, the account will be terminated immediately without notice.
Deposit & Payment

Withdrawals & Winnings

Log in to your 2cuci account, click "Withdrawal" on the dashboard and select your withdrawal method. Enter the RM amount you wish to withdraw and your Malaysian bank account number or eWallet number. Confirm the request via OTP. Withdrawals are processed to Malaysian bank accounts such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, or eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 2cuci is RM30. There is no maximum daily limit for standard withdrawals, but withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per day may require additional identity verification (KYC) if not yet completed. 2cuci withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for most cases. Withdrawals to eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are typically faster (within 1 hour) compared to direct bank transfers, which may take up to 4 hours. Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons:
